The Poddy Break - Memorial Day in Visalia

One thousand five hundred and thirty seven flags lined the road ways of the Visalia Public Cemetery. Thousands more marked the graves of Veterans from Visalia. Master of Ceremonies was played by Dr. Manuel Garcia, Lt. Colonel, USAR. Many guests spoke, sang and played patriotic music for the hundreds in attendance. The ceremony also included a placing of wreathes around a helmet and rifle. A rifle salute by the Corcoran Correctional Officers Rifle Squad and ended with a touching rendition of Taps. Joe “bazooka” Pietroforte was also in attendance.

There are two boxes to play the video. The first one automatically gives an error message and the second one has a still shot, I click to play, and I get a black screen with a quicktime logo, then a minute or two later, a quicktime logo with a piece of broken film.
I await your genius with bated breath.

one of 2 things. You are blocking the movie with a firewall or you have an old version of quicktime.

As for the error. That’s revver. They are still processing the movie. Once they okie dokie the film it will play.

I upgraded Quicktime and that solved the problem. I am on my laptop, so that explains it.
Wonderful interview, Dave. The last bit made me misty.
Somewhere in that field of red, white, and blue is the flag that covered the coffin of Grandpa Switzer back in 1983. He was a veteran of WW1, Grandpa Watson WW2, Dad was in the National Guard for years, and my brother just retired after serving in the Air Force for 22 or so years. And of course, Jen’s dad was in the Air Force as well.
