If you really think your neighbor poisoned your dog, the next time you clean up the poop, throw it over the fence. Not that I would ever do such a thing myself.

Throw it over the fence. Now that is something I hadn’t thought about. Brilliant!!! Or, Maybe I should not admit that in a public forum. What I meant to say is, That is a HORRIBLE, DEVIANT idea and I would never consider such a thing.
