Note to Winston: You are absolutely right about Jen. In fact, our family has annual cooking contests in the fall. She has won them all. Every one of them. Chili. Iron Chef. Casserole. Can’t remember who won the seafood one; it was 15 years ago. Probably Jen. I used to be the best cook in the family, but no more. I hear she does this odd thing called “following a recipe”. That’s crazy talk !

If you could see my face you would see that my eyes have popped out of my head in shock and disbelief. Bacon ice cream is wrong. So very wrong. (But you should TOTALLY try it)
