This is my first attempt at a short story space opera bizarro style. Will Saver, starts his shift by learning he must work with a Space Monkey. Will doesn’t like space monkeys very much. When JimJim abandons Will in his time of need, dislike becomes hate very quickly.

What makes a friendship real? There are some things that a person must do to even be considered. The trouble with this new fancy Internet is we rarely physically meet those we spend a huge amount of time interacting with every day. I am sure that there are those that know hundreds of people and never get past superficial subjects and may call them friends due to the application vernacular. What I am focusing on are those that know each others birthdays, anniversaries, up and downs, trials and tribulations. I’m talking about those whose lives are strongly intertwined with ours and do we call those people friends?
Plaza Park in Visalia

Plaza Park is one of my favorite parks in Visalia. A wooden bridge to romance the ladies. It has ducks, geese, swans in a pond. A peninsula shoots out into that pond, with a bench to equally romance the ladies surrounded by water fowl. It use to have one of those merry go rounds that kids would abuse by spinning too fast and small children would be flung across the sandy playground. The jungle gyms were all metal and wood and probably very dangerous. That is why they are gone and shiny bright plastic constructs are in its place.
