Read the book Razing Hell by Sharon Baker. It’s a great introduction to the Loving side of God. Some say God will punish those who require it and that’s it. But I think it’s possible they are following tradition and not scripture. I liked the book but I believe she only has an incomplete understanding to why God does commit genocide. Those people aren’t human.
